What is the return policy?
Refund & Return Policy
At Octlis, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it meets our quality standards before it reaches you. We value transparency and want your experience to be as seamless as possible.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited drops or exclusive releases
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item if eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution where applicable.

Are any purchases final sale?
FINAL SALE
Once a product is ordered, there is a 2 hour grace period where an order can be canceled. After the 2 hour grace period, the order will be marked as final and cannot be canceled.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
